CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM SIZED PRINT?
I am more than happy to make a custom size print for you. I enjoy consulting with clients to figure out the best size for the space you have in mind and to discuss ideas for display choices.
WHAT IS YOUR RECOMMENDATION FOR HANDLING MY PRINT ONCE
I RECEIVE IT?
Prints are rolled in acid free tissue and packed into a heavy-duty wide diameter shipping tube.
Once you receive your print, I recommend, if possible, to take it directly to your framer who will allow the print to flatten before framing. If you would like to open your print, please do so on a large, clean surface with assistance to make sure it does not curl or crease. The prints are rolled with the curl of the paper and the image side facing out. Please do not roll with the image side facing in as this will damage the print.
To maximize print longevity, handle your print with clean dry hands, and a pair of white cotton inspection gloves. Keep your print away from direct sunlight, avoid storing in extreme temperatures and protect your print against dust, dirt, and other pollutants.
I recommend using high quality archival framing materials and museum glass or museum plexi glass which are non-glare and will allow you to view your framed image without reflections.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping in the USA is FREE of charge. International shipping requires a shipping charge and will vary for each country.
Due to ongoing processing and shipping delays, the approximate turnaround time for producing and shipping prints is 3-5 weeks. Priority processing and shipping are available for an additional charge. Please contact me for more information regarding details for expedited shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS?
I want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new print. If your print arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact me immediately with photographs of the damage so we can arrange for a full replacement.
Each print is made to order, so if you change your mind about your print selection, we cannot provide a refund or return in this case. I encourage my customers to make sure your selected print will suit your space.
